If your brand/product is being sold online and can be reviewed, this may be the best social media tactic out there. Product reviews are fast becoming the marketing teams barometer. Although, feedback can sometimes hurt, if it’s the truth, then you can learn from that feedback. And using Twitter and FaceBook may not be your best options.
