Speaking Engagement at the BMA NJ Event – Developing Content for Increasingly Complex Channels

On March 18th I had the honor of speaking at the BMA-NJ Event in Whippany, NJ. The event held at the Marriott was a well attended event and the group was very gracious and eager to learn about Multi-Channel Marketing and Multi-Screening platforms. Based on a Google study called The New Multi-Screen World, I presented the multi-screen behaviors, platforms and habits of new consumer “device hopping.”

With 90 percent of all media interactions today being screen-based, the new-age consumer occupies an increasingly complex digital world, gathering information online, through a mobile device and watching TV – often all at the same time. Understanding consumer usage of each digital channel screen and how to relay the message will be the key to creating valuable content that resonates to the consumer.
